How far in advance do I need to order?

The invites should be on their way to your guests 4-6 months prior to your big day. If you're interested in a custom order for your special day, we advise a six-month lead time before your wedding and 12 months if you'd like to excite your guests further with Save the Dates.


How long will it take?

Our house collection would be between 6-8wks for completion, this might increase during busy periods

Bespoke designs can vary depending on the time and design chosen. This is also reflected in how quickly the client is able to respond with any amends, and final approval.

How many should I order?

I understand finalizing numbers can be difficult, if numbers change once the design process has started, this will have to be recalculated to accommodate for any increases or decreases in costs. I also recommend to always order up to 10 extras, to allow for inviting any extra guests or if handwriting

(mistakes can happen)


What changes can be made ?

We have carefully designed our house collection, elements like the colours can be tweaked on some designs, wording to suite the occasion. In some cases if the font is really undesirable we can recommend some suggestions.

We’ve found some mistakes on our design?

I am happy to have these reprinted but these would be at full cost. We emphasise that all work should be checked and reviewed before confirmation is given for print, as Mani’s Creative is not liable once confirmation has been approved.


Is there a minimum order?

A minimum order of 25 is required for our house collection suites and bespoke orders.

How will payment be taken?

Mani’s accepts PayPal payments or BACs (Bank transfer)

Do you offer a refund?

Mani’s only offers refunds if design work hasn’t been started.

We would offer a full refund.
